At Paradoxall, our mission is simple: tell the human story behind projects.
When Pomerleau, a leader in construction in Canada, entrusted us with producing video capsules to showcase its ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives, we immediately saw the opportunity to create something sincere, powerful, and deeply aligned with their brand image.

Our mandate was to produce testimonial capsules illustrating their ESG commitments across the country, giving a voice to passionate employees directly involved in these projects.
To capture authentic exchanges, we chose a studio shoot, in a simple and professional setting, to establish an atmosphere of trust.
We all know the famous Netflix interview reference (notably Drive to Survive), set in a dark and highly cinematic world. But sometimes, a more familiar and contextual setting makes the sincerity of the message stand out better.

To give the testimonials even more impact, it was essential to go into the field and capture the initiatives in action.
By visiting construction sites that were as impressive as they were complex, we were able to film images that reflect Pomerleau’s desire to transform the way things are done in the construction world in Canada.

This project shows just how powerful video is as a tool to make a brand shine.
When done well, it becomes a medium that summarizes what the numbers are trying to explain, and that simplifies the way you present your actions to reach a broader audience, clearly and impactfully.
We invite you to browse the full report to discover how these testimonials were used to inform, tell, and enrich Pomerleau’s sustainability report.
