Simulating a rescue to save lives

"We wanted our ad to reflect the warm and friendly atmosphere we have here, which is what we're most proud of. We were most pleasantly surprised by the final result: with the music, the shots, and the narration, it conveys exactly what it's like to live at Les Terrasses Dominicaines. We can't wait to share it!"

THE PROJECT
As part of a high-angle rescue drill organized by Pomerleau’s Health & Safety team, in collaboration with the Montreal Fire Department (SIM), our team was commissioned to document a simulated crane operator evacuation from a tower crane.
Through dynamic coverage combining ground-level shots, drone footage, candid interviews, and immersive visuals, we told the story of a highly technical and impressive operation. The video highlights the precision of the procedures, the coordination between teams, and the critical importance of preparation on active construction sites.
Producing this kind of content requires a deep understanding of construction environments, the ability to capture action in real time without disrupting operations, and a strong storytelling approach to turn a safety drill into engaging and valuable content.
