[ The Project ]
Pomerleau, a leader in construction in Canada, entrusted us with a special mandate: to transform its ESG commitments (Environmental, Social, Governance) into a series of video capsules capable of resonating far beyond the figures in an annual report. The idea was to give a voice to the employees directly involved in these initiatives, across the country, and create content that was both sincere and powerful, aligned with the brand's DNA. A project that reflected who we are, where telling the human story behind major projects truly took on meaning.

[ Our approach ]
To capture genuine testimonials, we chose a studio shoot with a simple, professional set. The kind of setting that builds trust rather than trying to impress. We all know the "Netflix interview" formula, Drive to Survive style, with its ultra-cinematic black backgrounds, but we preferred a more familiar, more contextual setting to leave all the room needed for the message’s sincerity. Then we left the studio to capture the initiatives where they come to life: on the job sites. Strong, concrete visuals that give the employees’ words their full weight.

[ The result ]
A series of sincere, dynamic, and impactful testimonial clips, integrated into Pomerleau’s annual sustainability report. Content that does what numbers alone cannot: summarize, humanize, and make accessible a large organization’s ESG commitment. Thanks to these clips, Pomerleau now has a communications tool that can inform as well as move people, and reach a much broader audience than a corporate PDF. A great example that a well-made video is often the fastest way to get a complex message across.
